Ewich House is a nineteenth century farmhouse, now running as an extremely popular guesthouse. The house is set in 5 acres of grounds that run down to a salmon river, and look out to the hills that signal the start of the Highlands.
It’s half way between Tyndrum and Crianlarich in an accessible part of the Scottish Highlands and part of the Loch Lomond and the Trossachs Country Park.
The house is simply furnished, with a quality, authentic style. There are six bedrooms, a dining room and sitting room as well as various spaces outside where we can wander, read, think and write (weather permitting of course).
There’s an emphasis on good quality, local food. As well as a hearty Scottish breakfast we’ll be having a two course dinner at Ewich House. More about the food including sample menus here: food at Ewich House.
This is a first class Scottish guesthouse at exceptionally reasonable value. Please do check out what other visitors have said about staying at Ewich House on the TripAdvisor site.
